The Denver Broncos have signed running back Cody Schrader to their practice squad, according to an announcement from the team.

Schrader was initially claimed by the Broncos before Week 16 but was later waived prior to the team’s Thursday victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. He has played in two regular-season NFL games during his career. In his final college season, Schrader recorded 1,627 rushing yards and scored 14 touchdowns.
