Tight end Nate Adkins and wide receiver Pat Bryant returned to practice for the Denver Broncos on Wednesday, following injuries that kept them out of the team’s Week 17 victory. Adkins, who has been recovering from a knee injury, and Bryant, who sustained a concussion, were both limited participants after being sidelined since suffering their respective injuries in Week 16.

Inside linebacker Karene Reid, designated for return before Week 16 due to a hamstring issue, continued as a full participant in practice. Reid has not yet been added back to the Broncos’ active roster.

Guard Ben Powers remained a full participant after playing 41 snaps during Denver’s recent win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers was limited in practice with a hip injury. Linebacker Dre Greenlaw was the only player who did not participate due to a hamstring injury.

Head Coach Sean Payton said: “We’re just focused on getting everyone healthy for Sunday’s game.”

The Broncos will provide an updated practice report on Thursday and release their official game statuses for Week 18 on Friday. Denver is scheduled to play the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, January 4 at 2:25 p.m. MT, with an opportunity to secure the top seed in the AFC.
