More than 40 members of the Denver Broncos, including players, coaches, staff, and ownership, will take part in the 2025 My Cause My Cleats campaign. The initiative is designed to raise awareness for a variety of causes and non-profit organizations.
My Cause My Cleats allows NFL players to showcase their commitment to community work by wearing custom-designed cleats that highlight personal causes during Week 13 games. This year, 34 Broncos players will participate by wearing these special cleats during Sunday’s primetime game against Washington, scheduled for an 8:20 p.m. EST kickoff. Through this platform, players can support personal foundations as well as local and national organizations.
Broncos ownership involved in the campaign includes CEO Greg Penner (Girls High School Flag Football), Carrie Walton Penner (ALL IN. ALL COVERED.), Rob Walton (African Parks Foundation, USA), Condoleezza Rice (Boys & Girls Clubs of America), and Mellody Hobson (Lucas Museum of Narrative Art).
Head Coach Sean Payton has selected Children’s Hospital Colorado and K9s for Warriors as his causes. General Manager George Paton will support Glioblastoma Brain Cancer research, while President Damani Leech will represent Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver.
Fans have an opportunity to participate by bidding on select game-issued player cleats through the 2025 Denver Broncos My Cause My Cleats Auction. Additional details about each cause chosen by club members are available online.
