Inside linebacker Justin Strnad is listed as an estimated full participant in practice as he aims to return for the Denver Broncos’ Week 17 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Strnad, who missed Week 16 due to a foot injury sustained in a previous game against the Green Bay Packers, was among four players with this status.
The team held a walkthrough on Tuesday instead of a regular practice, so participation reports were based on estimations rather than actual activity. Alongside Strnad, cornerback Riley Moss (ankle), guard Ben Powers (biceps), and inside linebacker Karene Reid (hamstring) were also marked as full participants for the second day in a row. Reid, who was designated for return before Week 16, must be activated from injured reserve if he is to play against Kansas City.
Several other players remain sidelined. Tight end Nate Adkins (knee), wide receiver Pat Bryant (concussion), linebacker Dre Greenlaw (hamstring), and center Luke Wattenberg (shoulder) were all estimated as nonparticipants for the second consecutive day.
Denver will announce official player statuses on Wednesday ahead of its “Thursday Night Football” matchup against the Chiefs scheduled for Christmas Day.
