The Denver Broncos announced on Mar. 12 that they have re-signed wide receiver Lil’Jordan Humphrey to a one-year contract.

The move keeps a veteran presence in the team’s receiving corps as the Broncos look ahead to the upcoming season. Humphrey, who has played for Denver since 2023, returned to the team midway through the 2025 campaign and contributed both during the regular season and playoffs.

During his time with the Broncos in 2025, Humphrey caught nine passes for 101 yards and scored a touchdown over seven games. He also made an impact in the postseason, recording three catches for 38 yards, including a notable 29-yard touchdown reception just before halftime in Denver’s Divisional Round victory over the Buffalo Bills. After rejoining Denver in 2025, he participated in 36 percent of offensive snaps and contributed on special teams with appearances on 13 percent of those plays.

Since joining Denver at the start of the 2023 season, Humphrey has appeared in 41 games and accumulated a total of 53 receptions for 556 yards and five touchdowns. Before his tenure with the Broncos, he spent three years with the New Orleans Saints and had a stint with the New England Patriots in 2022. He began last season with the New York Giants before returning to Denver.

Over his career so far, Humphrey has recorded a total of 75 catches for 926 yards and eight touchdowns. The Broncos have also recently re-signed several other players including running back J.K. Dobbins; inside linebackers Alex Singleton and Justin Strnad; tight ends Adam Trautman, Nate Adkins, and Lucas Krull; offensive lineman Alex Palczewski; and quarterback Sam Ehlinger.
