The Denver Broncos announced on March 9 that they have re-signed tight end Adam Trautman to a three-year contract as the legal tampering period for free agency begins. The team also confirmed last week that offensive lineman Alex Palczewski has been re-signed to a two-year deal.
These moves come as the Broncos prepare for the official start of the new league year, which is less than two days away. Re-signing key players is seen as an important step in maintaining roster stability ahead of upcoming changes during free agency.
“We’re keeping track of every Broncos free-agent signing as they are officially announced,” the team said in its statement regarding ongoing updates during this period.
Trautman’s return was made official by the team on Monday, while Palczewski’s contract extension was announced on Thursday. Both players were part of Denver’s roster last season and will continue with the organization under their new contracts.
The Broncos are expected to make further announcements as additional signings or departures occur during this busy phase of NFL free agency.
