Head Coach Sean Payton has announced changes to the Denver Broncos’ offensive coaching staff. Davis Webb will serve as Offensive Coordinator, and Logan Kilgore will take on the role of Quarterbacks Coach.
Webb joined the Broncos in 2023 as quarterbacks coach and was promoted to offensive pass game coordinator/quarterbacks coach for the 2025 season. During his time working with quarterback Bo Nix, Webb contributed to Nix achieving several milestones. Nix became the only quarterback in NFL history to throw for 7,500 yards and 50 touchdowns while winning at least 20 games in his first two seasons. He also became just the third quarterback in league history with at least 3,500 yards and 25 touchdowns in each of his first two seasons. The team matched a franchise record for regular-season wins in 2025, and Nix tied an NFL record for most wins by a quarterback across his first two seasons.
Under Webb’s leadership as pass game coordinator, Denver’s passing offense improved from ranking 20th in 2024 to 11th in 2025.
Quarterback Bo Nix commented on Webb’s coaching: “I think Davis is a tremendous coach,” Nix said Wednesday. “He understands the role of being a coach. He understands the role of teaching. He really knows how to communicate with your players, with me. He’s helped me in two years just consolidate, make things simple, and just keep the main thing the main thing. Taking a lot of information, a lot of knowledge, and been able to just roll right into it. I think highly of him. I know he’s a really good football coach.”
Logan Kilgore has spent three seasons as an offensive quality control coach for Denver and brings additional experience from Bakersfield College (Quarterbacks/Pass Game Coordinator), Arkansas State (Offensive Analyst), and Isidore Newman High School (Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks). In Denver, he has worked closely with tight ends and returners.
