Cornerback Pat Surtain II was a full participant in Thursday’s practice, signaling progress in his recovery from a pectoral injury as the Denver Broncos prepare for their upcoming “Sunday Night Football” game against the Washington Commanders. Surtain had previously been limited on Wednesday, which marked his first practice since playing in Week 8 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Outside linebacker Jonah Elliss continues to be limited due to a hamstring issue, maintaining that status for a second day. Tight end Nate Adkins did not participate in practice again because of a knee injury.

Wide receiver Pat Bryant (shoulder), outside linebacker Jonathon Cooper (thumb), and inside linebacker Alex Singleton (illness) all practiced fully.

The team is expected to release official game statuses on Friday ahead of their primetime matchup with the Commanders.
