Six players from the Denver Broncos have been selected for the 2026 Pro Bowl Games, representing the highest number of initial Pro Bowl selections for the team since 2014. The announcement comes as the Broncos are experiencing their strongest season start in over ten years.
The players named to the roster include defensive lineman Zach Allen, tackle Garett Bolles, outside linebacker Nik Bonitto, guard Quinn Meinerz, cornerback Pat Surtain II, and wide receiver Courtland Sutton. Four of these athletes—Bolles, Bonitto, Meinerz, and Surtain—were designated as starters for the upcoming event. This year also marks three first-time Pro Bowlers for Denver, matching a franchise record last seen in 2014.
Zach Allen achieved his first career Pro Bowl selection after being recognized as a second-team All-Pro in 2024. He has tallied 6.5 sacks and 43 quarterback hits this season and joins J.J. Watt as one of only two players since at least 2006 with consecutive seasons recording at least 40 quarterback hits. Allen is also notable as the first interior defensive lineman from Denver to make the Pro Bowl since Trevor Pryce in 2002.
Garett Bolles was selected to his first Pro Bowl following a season where he started all games so far and did not allow any sacks. According to Pro Football Focus, Bolles leads NFL tackles in pass-block rating. He is the first offensive tackle from Denver to receive this honor since Ryan Clady in 2014.
Nik Bonitto earned his second straight Pro Bowl nod and starter designation after another double-digit sack season (12.5), placing him fifth in sacks across the league this year. The linebacker was previously named a second-team All-Pro in 2024 and is now recognized as the first Broncos outside linebacker with back-to-back selections since Von Miller.
Quinn Meinerz makes his debut appearance on the Pro Bowl roster following a strong performance that included allowing one of the lowest quarterback pressure rates among AFC guards based on NextGen Stats data. He becomes Denver’s first guard selected for this event since Louis Vasquez in 2013.
Cornerback Pat Surtain II continues his run by earning a starting spot for his fourth consecutive year and becoming one of only three players—alongside Steve Atwater and Von Miller—to secure four nods within their initial five seasons post-1970 AFL-NFL merger. Surtain is also just the third cornerback from Denver to reach four straight selections at his position.
Wide receiver Courtland Sutton receives his second career selection—and his first time making it onto an initial roster—for nearly reaching another 1,000-yard receiving season while approaching a personal best in receptions. Sutton joins four other franchise receivers who have had multiple appearances at this level.
Fan engagement played a significant role: The Broncos received more fan votes than any other team except one across all organizations; additionally, fifteen players ranked among top ten vote-getters by fans at their positions.
The televised portion of the 2026 Pro Bowl Games will be broadcast on ESPN, Disney XD, and ESPN Deportes on Tuesday, February 3rd.
