City of Littleton issued the following announcement on July 22.
Earlier this year, city council adopted Phase I amendments to the city’s land use codes to address conflicts with the Comprehensive Plan relative to downtown development. Phase II has begun to further amend the codes to address additional issues in downtown.
The city is seeking input from the public to ensure that the draft Phase II Downtown Littleton amendments will implement the Comprehensive Plan’s goals and policies.
Virtual "office hours" will be held with city planners so that participants can ask questions and offer feedback on the Phase II amendments. Office hours will be Monday through Friday throughout the month of July from 9-10 a.m. and 2-3 p.m. and reservations are required.
