Your attitude toward aging is likely informed by a mixed bag of emotions predicated on your experience, family history, faith, and knowledge of the aging process. Like it or not, we will continue to age with every breath. Such is the nature of life. Consequently, if we are afforded the opportunity to be an elder, how can we make the most of the experience of elderhood?
