CENTENNIAL: Wheels & Reels continues October 8

Centennial issued the following announcement on Sept. 24.

Join the City of Centennial and the Cherry Creek School District for Centennial Wheels & Reels summer movie event of the season! Bring the family along for an exclusive movie showing from the safety and comfort of your vehicle.

The movie, 'Beetlejuice' (rated PG), will be shown at dusk (around 6:30 p.m.) on Thursday, October 8 at the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus located at 8000 S. Chambers Rd. in Centennial. Vehicles may start arriving at 5:30 p.m.

Our goal is to offer residents a fun and safe experience. The City is following all CDC and social distancing guidelines.

  • Cars will be parked at the required minimum distance (one space between vehicles) in accordance with these safety guidelines.
  • Attendees are asked to remain in their vehicles during the movie showing.
  • We encourage carpooling ONLY with people in your immediate quarantine circle.
  • Only attendees within vehicles are allowed to attend this event.
  • If there is a need to leave the vehicle, we strongly encourage a face-covering be worn and social distancing be maintained at all times.
  • If you are sick, running a fever or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home.
More details will be provided once you register to attend. Limited tickets are available, so get your ticket as soon as possible.

No admittance will be permitted without a ticket. Guests who arrive without a ticket will be turned away. This will be strictly enforced. There is absolutely no re-entry. This event will take place rain or shine.

Note: The last movie in the series, 'Hocus Pocus,' will be shown on October 22 at the Cherry Creek Innovation Campus. Tickets are not yet available.
