CITY OF LITTLETON: Littleton Voters Approve Two Ballot Questions

City of Littleton issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.

Littleton voters gave resounding approval to two questions on the November 3 ballot.

Initiated Question 300 was a citizen initiative that gathered enough signatures to qualify for the ballot that will allow existing medical marijuana center licensees in the City of Littleton to sell retail marijuana on and after January 1, 2021.

Referred Question 3A was an amendment to several sections of the City Charter allowing registered voters to directly elect the mayor starting in 2021. The position will be a four-year term replacing the two-year at large seat. Littleton will remain a council/manager form of government.
