Q2: Home prices in Cherry Hills Village increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Cherry Hills Village rose by $450,000 while total sales decreased by 69 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,350,000 - a 15.5 percent increase over the $2,900,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Cherry Hills Village in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Cherry Hills Village for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $11,112, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
