Rising home prices in Centennial in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Centennial rose by $109,101 while total sales decreased by 46.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 336 homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,751 - a 19.3 percent increase over the $566,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 632 homes sold in Centennial in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
