What happened to the median home price in Dove Valley during Q2?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Dove Valley rose by $155,400 while total sales decreased by 34.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 46.4 percent increase over the $334,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Dove Valley in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Dove Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,295, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
