Q2: Home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Columbine in Arapahoe County fell by $319,875 while total sales decreased by 20 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,625 - a 43.2 percent decrease from the $740,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Columbine in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.7 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
