First half of 2022: Home prices in Cherry Hills Village increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Cherry Hills Village rose by $553,000 while total sales decreased by 46.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,375,000 - a 19.6 percent increase over the $2,822,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Cherry Hills Village in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Cherry Hills Village for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $11,112, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
