Cherry Creek median home prices rose by 25.6% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Cherry Creek rose by $166,425 while total sales decreased by 34.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $815,425 - a 25.6 percent increase over the $649,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 110 homes sold in Cherry Creek in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
