Pricing for the median home in Sheridan increased during the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Sheridan rose by $49,250 while total sales decreased by 43.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $475,000 - an 11.6 percent increase over the $425,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Sheridan in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
