You may have heard about potential state legislation this year regarding affordable housing that could impact single family zoning in towns and cities including Cherry Hills Village. In response Arapahoe County is leading a coordinated effort to ensure more affordable and attainable housing is available throughout all our communities.
Join us for a Telephone Town Hall on March 30th at 6:30 pm (1-855-436-3656) where you'll hear more on the housing crisis and how unified local action is the best way forward. Arapahoe County commissioners and elected leaders from county municipalities will be hosting and responding to your questions live.
