Rising home prices in Centennial in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Centennial rose by $110,000 while total sales decreased by 57.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $670,000 - a 19.6 percent increase over the $560,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 178 homes sold in Centennial in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.4 percent of the median home sale price for April.
