Median home prices in Sheridan rose to $580,000 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Sheridan rose by $116,350 while total sales decreased by 62.5 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 25.1 percent increase over the $463,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Sheridan in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for April.
